Features other chat tools lack: a decision log with resolved threads and open questions; a "since you were away" catch-up (a deterministic summary, no AI); "send when they're back", which holds a message until the recipient's working hours; handover to a stand-in while away; org-aware mentions (@my-manager, @my-team, @department, @location); read acknowledgements; a secret guard that warns before a password or API key is posted; temporary channels that archive themselves; and a support access log that shows customers every action Tandly Support takes on their workspace.
